With over 20 years in the automotive industry, Phil brings unmatched expertise and leadership to Urban Autocare and Avalon Motorsports. After earning his Associate’s Degree in Automotive Technology from UTI and completing Audi Academy training, he spent five years as an Audi Certified Technician in dealerships before joining Avalon Motorsports in 2007. At Avalon, Phil quickly advanced from ASE Master Technician to Service Manager, and by 2014, he became General Manager of Urban Autocare’s first location. In 2019, he transitioned into his current role as Director of Operations, supporting multiple locations across Denver. Phil’s dedication to excellence has earned the team numerous industry awards, including the Motor Age Top 10 and the BBB Torch Award. He served as President of the Mechanical Division for ASA Colorado and was a board member for four years. Phil volunteers as an Advisory Board Member at numerous local Automotive Technology schools. A devoted family man, Phil enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, as well as playing soccer, hiking, and camping. His passion lies in building a high-performing team, ensuring team members are well-supported so they can deliver exceptional care to clients.
