Speaker Bio
As co-founder of the industry-leading Houston Boston Partnership and Chief Operating Officer of its 11-store chain, Todd Hayes has led the charge to over $65 million in annual revenue with an astounding 62.5% average gross profit. He’s not aiming to keep up with the industry—he’s rewriting the rules. Todd is the founder of AutoShop Answers, home of the perfected Key to Key to Callbacks™ model and Auto Hospitality™, now adopted by elite operators across the country. He also pioneered AutoShop Answers AIX—the industry’s first AI-integrated service platform—bringing real-world technology into shops to drive performance and transform people. Todd launched his career in 1986 with Mobile Car Care, expanding it across Texas before selling it to private equity. In 2002, he founded RepairOne, and again turned a startup into a multi-million-dollar business. Each time, he didn’t just open shops—he built systems, scaled leadership, and created wealth. As COO of Adams Automotive, the largest independent auto service center in America, Todd helped scale the organization to over $1 million per month at a single location and over $65+ million across multiple stores.
Todd hosted the nationally syndicated Auto Show Special, earning the prestigious Wheel Award from the Detroit Press Club Foundation. He created Test Drive TV for CBS and Test Drive for United Airlines. He’s served as President of the Texas Auto Writers Association and published columns in the Houston Chronicle and Ratchet + Wrench.
Todd trains daily at 6AM. He coaches his team like it’s game day. He believes in one thing: Professional Business Athletes win because they prepare. And preparation doesn’t happen once—it happens every day, in every shop, with every team.
