Doug Grills has over 37 years of automotive industry experience, starting his career at Mobil Oil Corporation, where he gained expertise in sales, marketing, and organizational development. In 1999, he and his business partner Rick Levitan founded Convenience Retailing, which owns AutoStream Car Care, an award-winning brand with 10 locations and over 70 employees in the Baltimore/DC region. Doug frequently speaks at the Ratchet+Wrench Management Conference and appears on industry podcasts, including Ratchet+Wrench Radio and Remarkable Results Radio. Outside of work, Doug enjoys tennis, golf, and spending time with his wife Wendy, their children Rachel and Tyler, and granddaughters Maisie and Emmy.
