Matt Oldenburg has been with Silver Lake Auto since February of 2014. He joined the company with zero automotive industry knowledge. Matt is committed to being a student of the industry, rising to the Director of Operations through his relentless mindset. In this role, Matt’s primary responsibility is supporting and challenging the team of Location Managers to run productive, profitable repair centers, while delivering an exceptional experience for both customers and employees. As Silver Lake Auto continues to scale and grow, Matt has seen the incredible value of simplicity and consistency, keeping his team focused on processes that help promote both. Matt believes that one's greatest leadership tool is their own personal example and strives to live by that everyday, while challenging others to do the same.
