Heather Williams and her husband, John, opened their shop Xcel Service and Repair in 2013. Together, they have grown it from the ground up. as hands-on owners and operators. Heather manages the business, while John works and manages the shop. As a mom, wife, business partner, and owner of a repair shop, Heather faces the struggles all shops face-finding and keeping good mechanics and staff, getting parts, and managing time.
