John Miller is the Director of Business Development for Fifth Gear Automotive in Lewisville Texas, operating five (5) shops in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. John joined Fifth Gear Automotive 7 years ago and over the last 5 years was instrumental in adding four new shops, over fifty new team members, and a 400% increase in revenue. Before Fifth Gear John worked for 35 years in sales and marketing all over this great country, using electronic and traditional tools.

John’s future focus continues to be always growing Fifth Gear Automotive and himself. Fifth Gear’s culture has allowed it to be a destination for new customers and team members. Being committed to always growing has provided opportunities for our future leaders to grow into new shops and roles while being profitable and caring for our customers. Opening shops is exciting, but developing the next generation of leaders is the magic to allow further growth for Fifth Gear.
