IS THERE A HOTEL DISCOUNT? +

Yes! We have a limited number of rooms reserved at the conference hotel (The 4-star Westin Lombard Yorktown Center hotel). Please note: Rooms will sell out so book early. Book your room here. IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR GROUPS? +

DOES MY REGISTRATION COME WITH MEALS? +

Yes! As part of your registration, you will receive all meals throughout the event. On top of that, we will provide most of the beverages during the event, too.


CAN I BRING MY SPOUSE OR SIGNIFICANT OTHER? +

Yes! Spouses or significant others may join for $229. Please note that they may only attend the Kickoff and RW All-Star Awards Party on Thursday night and the Big Networking Party on Friday night. This is to ensure the strongest business environment possible.


CAN I BRING A FRIEND OR COWORKER? +

Yes, if they are qualified to attend. They must be an auto care shop decision-maker (owners and managers to service writers and CSRs). All registrations will be reviewed and unqualified recipients will receive a refund. Spouses or significant others may join the Kickoff and RW All-Star Awards Party on Thursday night and the Big Networking Party on Friday night with a $229 Spouse Pass.

HOW MANY SESSIONS CAN I GO TO? +

As many as you want! Due to the amount of sessions, some will occur simultaneously with others. To avoid missing one, you can purchase our All Access Pass which includes full-length videos of every session.


CAN PROMO CODES OR OFFERS BE COMBINED? +

Promo codes and special offers cannot be combined. To get the best prices, register as early as possible.


I ALSO DO COLLISION REPAIR. IS THERE ANYTHING FOR THIS? +

Absolutely! We have another conference, the FenderBender Management Conference, that takes place immediately before the Ratchet+Wrench Management Conference at the same venue. HOW DO I TRAVEL TO AND FROM THE VENUE? WHAT KIND OF TRANSPORTATION IS THERE? +

The conference is located at the 4-star Westin Lombard Yorktown Center hotel which is located about 20 miles South of O'Hare International Airport and West of downtown Chicago. You are responsible for getting to and from the hotel, though we will offer free transportation for any in-conference events.


WHAT IS THE AREA LIKE WHERE THE HOTEL IS? WHAT IS THERE TO DO IN THE AREA? +

There is plenty to do within the immediate vicinity of the hotel including the Yorktown Shopping Center, AMC Yorktown 18 Movie Theater and restaurants including Harry Caray's. Many of these are within walking distance of the hotel. Meanwhile, downtown Chicago is just 25 miles away with an endless supply of things to do. WHAT “RESEARCH” AND E-BOOKS DO I GET WITH THE SUPER DEAL WEEK ALL ACCESS PASS? WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THEM? +

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND/OR CANCELLATION POLICY? +

CANCELLATION POLICY: For a refund, less a $200 administrative charge per person, send written notice to events@ratchetandwrench.com by August 19, 2018. In order to apply a promo code after you’ve already registered, you will need to cancel and re-register, incurring this $200 administrative fee.

ATTENDEE SUBSTITUTION POLICY: A substitute attendee from the same company may attend at no additional charge by submitting that change in writing including that new person’s contact information, email and title to events@ratchetandwrench.com by August 19, 2018. The substitute attendee must meet the attendee requirement of being an auto care shop decision-maker (from owners and managers to service writers and CSRs).
