1 | Location Scouting
We're always looking for the next, exciting location to host the conference - somewhere that allows for a great networking environment and plenty to enjoy nearby. We utilize readership data to find locations with 1) a high concentration of readers, 2) accessible flight patterns from other cities and 3) closest proximity to the airport. This helps us ensure we choose a location that maximizes your time and investment.
In 2022 we're excited to invite you to the Live! by Loews hotel and resort in Arlington, TX where you can enjoy the Texas Live! District, views of Globe Life Park (home to the Texas Rangers), and much more from right outside the doors.
2 | Attendee Feedback Review
Before designing the agenda, selecting speakers, or anything else, we take careful attention to review attendee feedback from the previous year. All attendees from the 2021 conference received a feedback survey where they could provide their honest (and anonymous) opinions about what work well and what could be improved.

3 | Session Topic Selection
Based on the attendee feedback, conversations at the conference, and the most popular articles published in Ratchet+Wrench, we select topics from the common themes. We do our best to keep the agenda fresh and current to ensure you're finding information on the biggest problems facing your shop today.

4 | Speaker Selection
Depending on the topics chosen, we identify speakers who can provide a high level of expertise in each area. A wide variety of shop owners, managers, and industry experts are interviewed year-round for features in Ratchet+Wrench - giving us the opportunity to meet a range of professionals who can speak to various topics.
Unlike many other conferences, each speaker you'll see at the Ratchet+Wrench Management Conference is a member of this industry and can speak from first hand experience. This gives you the opportunity to find practical solutions to common issues.
