Co-owner, Auto Repair Technology
Gerry and Laura Frank have more than 30 years of experience as independent shop owners. They now own and operate multiple locations in the Cleveland market, where their businesses continue to thrive regardless of the economic environment. Gerry was featured in the February 2013 issue of Ratchet+Wrench, detailing how he, along with his business partner, grew an abandoned shop in one of the poorest cities in the nation from zero to $1 million in sales in just 12 short months. Gerry is also a principal owner in Repair Shop Coach and is dedicated to helping shop owners achieve their dreams. Laura has been an instrumental part in the company's growth, developing systems and overseeing the financial and human resources aspects of each company. Laura is also the co-founder of Brakes For Breasts, a grassroots effort that started in 2011 with a handful of shops and has since grown into a nationwide program, raising more than $350,000 to help fight cancer. Laura was featured in the December 2014 issue of R+W. Visit BrakesForBreasts.org to learn more about this worthy cause.
