Leigh Anne Best has been the marketing director and customer service trainer at Mighty Auto Pro for the last 12 years. One of her areas of expertise is converting phone calls into dollars, with high focus on the mastery of phone scripting. Once the client has entered the shop the focus then turns to an outrageously high level of customer service to retain those clients, in which every detail counts. Leigh Anne, a former Ratchet+Wrench cover subject, is also a co-founder of Brakes for Breasts, supporting the Breast Cancer Vaccine Fund. Brakes for Breasts unites independent auto repair shops across the country to put the brakes on breast cancer. Since 2011, the organization has raised $492,320 of which 100 percent went to research. Leigh Anne also currently sits on the Ratchet+Wrench editorial advisory board.
