In 2021 Bill became an equity partner in the franchise company and now works with Rad Air's franchisees and teams on growth and development.
In 2023 Bill was named Service Person of the Year by the Willoughby Western Lake County Chamber of Commerce for his willingness to help other business owners with marketing and business growth ideas.
Also, in 2023 Bill was named Franchisee of The Year by the International Franchise Association at their annual conference. This award recognizes franchisees who are involved in the community and that exemplify being a supportive business person.
Bill is involved in youth development initiatives that are focused on the automotive aftermarket including creating the Rad Air Rising Stars Racing Program, giving STEM talks to students at the International Soap Box Derby summer camp program, proving in-classroom talks to area vocational students, and hosting students for work-study programs and shadow days.
He holds a BBA in Marketing from Cleveland State University, and earned his MBA from Case Western Reserve University. If Bill's not at a Rad Air service center, he's probably at the race track.
