The following webpage covers everything you will need to know to ensure your participation at this years' Conference is successful. To ensure your shipped boxes are delivered to your assigned Table # prior to set up, follow these instructions:
- Set Up a 9 Digit FedEx account use this PDF or Open an Account | FedEx
- Use this account to ship your packages to the hotel/FedEx Business Office for Thursday 9/12 delivery
- Email me the Account # and Tracking Information so I can provide it to the FedEx office
- FedEx Business Center will bill your account for the onsite Package Handling/Storage Fees and will deliver the boxes/shipment to your assigned Table # prior to set up
- If no FedEx Account is provided, then the sponsor will be required to pick up/arrange delivery to their Table # directly with the FedEx Business Center. Package handling fees will need to be paid prior to delivery.
- On Saturday, 9/14, contact the FedEx Business Center to arrange a pickup time any time after 10:00 AM.
Register Attending Staff
Each participating Sponsor and Vendor Showcase exhibitor receives a # of complimentary conference passes for the 2025 Ratchet+Wrench Management Conference , including conference sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, receptions and parties. Quantities for each package level are below. Additional sponsor conference passes can be added during the registration process and cost $1250 per attendee.
When you are ready to register your attending staff, please click the button below and enter your Unique Discount Code that was provided by Lisa Gasaway via email. It will discount the Sponsor Conference reg type to zero. if you cannot find your unique discount code, email Registration at registration@endeavorb2b.com.

Submit Certificate of Insurance (COI) - Due August 23, 2024
Sponsor shall maintain Commercial General Liability insurance against claims for bodily injury and property damage. The limits of liability of all such insurance shall be not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence.
Insurance maintained by Sponsor shall be written by insurance companies rated by A.M. Best as "A" or better and admitted to do business in Sponsor’s home jurisdiction.
Sponsor shall furnish a Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing the requested insurance status prior to commencement of the conference at least 4 weeks before the opening of the conference.
