By registering and attending the 2024 Ratchet+Wrench Management Conference, you acknowledge and accept Endeavor Business Media’s Code of Conduct and Event Terms & Conditions.

Payment/Cancellation Policies

Payment must be received prior to the conference. If payment is not received by the conference date, the registration fee must be guaranteed on charge card until proof of payment is provided. Make check payable to Endeavor Business Media, LLC/RWMC2024.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of registration must be received in writing to prior to August 1, 2024 to be eligible for a refund, less a $250 administrative charge per registered person, or a credit to be used at RWMC 2025. Any request made following August 1, 2024 will only be eligible for the 2025 credit.

Attendee Substitution Policy: A substitute attendee from the same company may attend at no additional charge by submitting that change in writing, including that new person's contact information, email and title to by August 1, 2024. The substitute attendee must meet the attendee requirement of being an auto care shop decision-maker (from owners and managers to service writers and CSRs).

No-Show Policy: No-shows (defined as purchasing a ticket and failing to show up to the event without any notification to event management) will not be eligible for a transfer, refund, or credit.
