Each vendor showcase tabletop is approximately 5' deep ’x 10 wide’ and can accommodate a standard pop up backdrop.  (all materials must fit into your designated exhibit space).   For tabletops that are back to back, we will provide pipe & drape.

The hotel prohibits outside food/beverages. Some small items and snacks may be acceptable, but require prior approval

Exhibit setup and teardown must take place during designated times.

Provided/Included (if needed): (per tabletop)

• 6' able (if you need it to be skirted let Event Management know, otherwise it will be unskirted to allow you to place your own branded skirt
• Two chairs
• WiFi
• Access to power
